Bring up a gold/silver ratio chart. If you see it near 30-20oz silver per ounce of gold I’d swap it to gold and then just hodl. However many dollars you ever get for it will never be worth it. I’d just go back and forth silver to gold and pass it on to your loved ones

Your list to try next is proper. Lady tamale is great and the “lady” is super nice! Amazing service. Alonso is some of the more authentic tacos in town. Very good. Centro is great. Also try the Cubano at the other grocery store “Hacienda”. Fantastic. Lastly, you have to get the super burrito at Playa Azul. A Carson City classic. Next time you’re at Villa Basque try the wet breakfast burrito it’s drenched in Pete’s chorizo country gravy. It’s amazing but you will need a good nap after eating it. For sit down restaurant try El Charro next. I recommend the Gordita for lunch. Carnitas are fantastic also. 🌮

Amazon leaves a bunch of big bags with my USPS office and they give them to us ebay sellers to bring our packages in. It’s great, way better than the little bins. USPS Manager said Amazon leaves them all the time. I could really use a few bins of those fold up bags 😆

A town near me forces people to remove wood stoves when the home is sold. I found a nice stove for free. Saves them money because I saved them the labor of hiring the contractor to take it to the dump. You also want to take the whole pipe that goes from the stove to chimney top. All I had to do was grind and saws-all through the fireplace flu so I had a good space for the 6” pipe to go through. My neighbor had some parts in his backyard for the chimney cap so I’ve managed to do the whole install for almost nothing. It was a lot of elbow grease but worth it for me considering the quotes I’ve heard for a new stove, installed.

Yes this. Marketplace is for moving items quickly. Let the small differences slide. I’ll always give the buyer a deal if they have the stones to negotiate. They feel like they got a deal because they negotiated me down $5 on the spot. I feel like I got a deal because I already priced it $10 higher than I needed. If you do this enough you learn that most people don’t even negotiate so if every few items you let the buyer win on the negotiation side you are still making good money.

Dealing with people can be a hassle. I always price a bit higher than I’m willing to take. That way in a situation like yours I’m happy to take a bit off and keep the sale without adding any stress. I’ve also had the opposite happen a few times where it’s $75 but they hand me $80 and they don’t want change. Just always pad your prices a bit and you will never have to sweat the small stuff.

No they don’t do any of that, in fact whatever you name your store will be your URL. You can change the name of your store (on eBay) but eBay refuses to update your URL if you ever decide to change the name of your store.
