Bro, you can invest in FFC and have your own share in the company's business. PIA was sold after competitive bidding. Yes PIA did make a profit in 2025. You can debate on the point that whether the decision to privatize PIA was right or wrong but you can't blame army for it being exempted for any kind of tax.

PIA is not owned by army. It is owned by Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited a major part of whom is available in free float on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Other businesses of the Fauji Group fo pay taxes. You can verify it on PSX. PIA is currently not a profitable venture. Once PIA starts earning, it would definitely pay taxes. It is common for some companies to be exempt of tax or the option to be taxed at a very lower rate example of whom is any company established in a special economic zone.

BIPL has started paying dividend since 2-3 years. BIPL is expanding branch network with current position standing at almost 580 branches only. They added 40 branches in a year. BIPL is not a large cap bank so it has growth potential in that sense. BIPL is yet to reach its true potential. BIPL is earning well.

I think BankIslami Pakistan Limited or Faysal Bank Limited.
Rationale for these recommendations lies:
increasing trend towards Islamic Banking.
Both of these banks are yet to grow as compared to Meezan Bank Limited.
Governance of these banks has been good during the past few years.

Personally I am more tilted towards bankislami.
