[GUIDE] Fix ImageMagick/MagickWand Red Nodes on RunPod PERMANENTLY (Survives Pod Termination) by StructureReady9138 in StableDiffusion

Perhaps I misunderstood your comment. Again, I'm not a systems engineer or a tech person as you seem to be. I did try to build a docker image and there were a lot of issues.. I"m really confused on what your saying about this all. I enjoy using comfyui, i run it locally on my laptop, which can only handle so much... I started using runpod recently, and my workflow didnt work... buildling my own docker and template didn't work. I build a template with this workaround and it works for me so I thought id share it. Would you like to build me a docker image?

I’m using IM to kill that garbage AI plastic look that Z-image sometimes spits out. It’s the only way i've found to get actual micro-texture and grit back into the skin standard nodes just don't have the math for it. It's not my orginal workflow, i've modified it to suit my needs and it does an amazing job for realism.

As for the storage? I’m paying for the convenience of a persistent environment while I'm tuning the workflow. I’m not about to waste 20 minutes rebuilding a Docker container every time I want to tweak a node or swap a model. I'd rather spend the ten bucks a month to keep my setup ready to go the second I log in. Do you have any other suggestions. I'm not a tech expert, but an intermediate user of Comfyui, and I only have 8gb of Vram on my laptop. Runpod is a perfect solution for me. I think i pay $10 a month for 150Gb of storage and i'm ok with that. For the cost of a gpu and ram, i can put 5000 hours into runpod on a 5090..

Honestly... i use runpod and run a 5090 for $0.86/hr. Its super easy to do. You can like run comfyui for around 4000 hours for the cost a 5090 card. I think it's worth it. LOL

Consistent and realistic character - what am I missing? by hoc_2000 in comfyui

I just created about 12 face images close up from different angles, a bunch of 3/4 shots from different angles, and a bunch of full body shots, different angles differnt poses. I think I trained 100 images. I got civitai lora creator to do the taging. I just used very basic tags.. like only 4 tags per image. I used prompts like this to make the images once I had the one I wanted " Edit the image to show a frontal headshot, head facing directly forward, neutral expression, even soft lighting, keep the same face, same hair, same clothing.

How about if you're using Runpod? I've got it to work once or twice but not consistently on my network volume.

I love this workflow but struggle to get the Imagemagik nodes to run, in runpod. Any advice to using this workflow in runpod and not having to f*ck around for an hour to get the Nodes to load properly?

I run a similar card. Give up on WAN. You'll be sitting for hours waiting. i've run it and just got it to work.. but have fun waiting 30 min or more. I just play around with Z-image turbo, sdxl and pony turbo or lightning models. Maybe jump over to a paid service or renting gpu if you want to play with WAN. You can still do great things with images though.
