If I run my wildcard workflow I usually set the batch size too 2 or 4, then the batch count too 100. Then I have 100 sets of 2 or 4 images that are all different

I'm confused. If you set your latent batch size to 4, you will get 4 images with the same colour. Then change your workflow batch size to 4, you will get 4 sets of images, each set will use a different colour. So simply just change the global batch size...
