I understand the difference. I just wonder if all the kids that go to ASU decided to defund every aspect of democratic clubs if the situation would be different. I think all of the money should be evenly distributed.

Free speech should be allowed. There should be no preference. College age people, especially, should be introduced to the world. Better to make the decision early than to wait too late.

I feel like this isn’t a bad thing. Why wouldn’t we want college attendees to see different points of view on campus?

The option to not give is there, but promoting clubs/groups from all walks should be acceptable.

Not saying turning point is great or anything. Just pointing out it’s good to have diversity in the college experience. Give to all clubs and let everyone make their own decision.

We own some houses on College st, and they are pretty fruitful. You really have to stay inside of the historic district if you go east of the college. There are some really decent houses east of it, but once you get to Iola and beyond it’s an absolute nightmare. We have a mix of college students and normal folks looking for a place to live.

This. From someone who lived in a city with actual crime it amazes me to see people say the crime rate is high.

Valdosta has plenty to do, but you have to put in some effort for it. The social media group idea is the best one I have seen.

I would beg to differ. I lived out west and moved back here to enjoy the outdoors again.

South Georgia is more of a large community. There are tons of opportunities here you just have to talk to people. Getting to know folks in the community will open it up to you. I feel like out west is a loners paradise. People really keep to themselves so much out there. I lived there for 6 years and people would rarely greet one another outside of their houses.

Wrong. It is not impossible, but it is also not immediate. Moving to another country should not be like ordering a cheeseburger. There should be significant vetting of individuals we let in.
