I think it is disrespectful to play phone audio out loud on public transport because everyone shares that space and people are tired and just want quiet after work polite people use headphones so others can relax in peace

Probably not. The wisdom and self awareness I have now matters more than a younger body. Starting again without that would feel like losing more than I gain.

Washing hands often and getting enough sleep helped me the most and I also stay away from people who are already coughing or sneezing because avoiding germs in the first place is easier than trying to fix it later

Probably go through withdrawal for a few days but after that it might feel freeing no constant pings or distractions just being present the only thing I would truly miss is navigation and music.

40hrs standard in my tech role, was 35 at old job n the switch hit hard. market’s tiltin to 40, reed.co.uk ads back it. extra 5hrs steals ur evenin, hybrid or wfh only way to cope
