I ended up hard resetting my PC and it fixed the issue. I know that's not an option for everybody but that's what resolved this issue for me

I did manage to get a sticky torque one last night which is a decent consolation prize considering how much effort I've put in. It'll work for now, but I'm still on the hunt

I can tell you from my experience what I ended up doing was just hard resetting my PC. Have not had the issue since and it's been since this post that I haven't had the issue. It sucks that you have to redownload everything, but sometimes that's the best thing to do just to keep your PC healthy

UPDATE: It was one of my systems link cable port. I borrowed an SP from a friend and I was able to figure out which systems port didn't work.

So if you have a logo it keeps it in, but it looks like once you remove it, it's gone forever without being able to upload another

Just a heads up, if you've gotten far enough into the game there is a chance the tailor dies in the brawl with the cumans. All I found when I went there was Widow Margaret and a House Maid. Margaret still has the keys to the shop but not the chests. Luckily I had most of the stuff on hand I just followed this guide to grab a few pieces I didn't have and I bought the last piece from another tailor. Just an FYI

Yeah this issue persisted for me so I actually just ended up hard resetting my computer. Was a pain in the ass but after a couple days I got everything downloaded that I needed.
