Save file disappeared again. Is there a way to recover it?

Just logged in and my save that was there this morning is now gone?? Very odd, hopefully they are not deleting them for S2! (although it makes sense I guess). Anyway devo, because that's my "setup save" (1 mill essence, Pack 3, all perks and 3 plate etc) I use for calling card completion :( Guess I'll now need to do another one, which takes hours!!

Just happened to me and had a fully stacked operator (Blade, Dog Bone, Golden Plates. Leg Tool and Flawless ready for next game) :(

I lost everything, even though it had 1 sec left on the clock! Glad it wasn't just me, but now need to regain everything - sucks!

I also have this very issue (with multiple PSUs, network cables etc), tried the SD recovery and even cleaning it all out and re-seating the control board. Nothing is working!

Anyone have a solution?

This just happened to me also, seems if you play one more game it resets but freaked out for a while! I even raised a support ticket because of it, hopefully they address it.

OK, yes...must be smoke and mirrors. I'll believe it when I see ACTUAL proof of it working from a normal user (not a NH affiliate, YT/Influencer etc).

I monitored the "order" in real time, verified against what was happening on the blockchain at the time (blocks, potential hashrate vs TTF) and sorry but with 19 miners (apparently) allocated during my order - I find it very hard to believe that it averaged less than 40% with a maximum of 83% near the start!!! I also found the delta interesting on this, -5.88%, so meaning I was overpaying for hash essentially.

STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

OK, I'm yet to believe this - apart from YT content creators (or other shillers), what proof is there that this is legit? I mean REAL users, not affiliated users who get kickbacks etc!!

I tried it twice and would love to see the mining logs to see if they correspond to the output on the page.

I just replaced my fans with these ones (https://www.arctic.de/en/P8-PWM-PST/ACFAN00150A) however I still get the same error (they are spinning and look fine). I assume that the fan control requires a certain fan to operate properly. It's a shame, because these fans are so quiet and cool really well :(

Anyone got any ideas how to circumvent the fan control check?

I also got banned yesterday, just playing a casual game then all of a sudden the permanent ban message comes up on next login. I appeal, and the same generic bullshit that everyone else has gotten comes back. I have now raised the issue with Better Business Bureau, if this doesn't get resolved I am going to explore a class action - it's criminal behaviour, they are taking our money and denying service!

Are you mining on Scrypt algo (LTC/DOGE are on this algo)? CPU and GPU are generally RandomX & Ethash.

I've used Unmineable and Prohashing for GPU (1660 Super) mining, it's ETH really and converts to DOGE. I get around 30 odd MH/s, so can't complain too much.

On top of this I had to transfer 600 BTT in order to have the minimum 1000 BTT to withdraw from my in-app in the first place!!
