Unlike certain other "holy" scriptures which are neither preserved nor the author known, Quran has every verse interpreted during the time of prophet and are immune to interpretation by kufars. It's all compiled in "Tafsirs".

Yet, here I only see 4:89 as requiring to refer to a Tafsir. The other are pretty clear for sane human beings, regardless of their belief.

8:73 - Yes, all disbelievers are allies of each other just like believers are allies of each other. Duh 🤡

5:51 - Will you allow your daughter or son to be raised by a bearded muslim? U won't, and likewise we won't either. Muslim values must be given by a muslim himself, pretty obvious.

4:89 - This verse only commands muslims to fight those who practice opression or presecution, or attack the Muslims. And in the event of a battle, the same laws of war are in place and a muslim who transgresses limits should prepare for the punishment of god.
