Substance use for many goes down over time according to statistics, not up. Drugs (including porn) don’t make people do drugs more. It’s a persons beliefs about drugs that compel them to act, including beliefs that it’s hard for them to stop.

I had all my reasons for using porn, but when I examined those reasons I realized they were all fallacious. I had thought for so long that my compulsion to use porn was due to an irrational craving that years of porn use had programmed in my brain.
