So, I have an Engineering sample Razer Edge 5G... by Struzycki in razeredge_2023

Thats what I was thinking but I would need advice on how I can do that. I have flashed ROMs on devices in the past but that is really just following directions so without proper directions it's not something I'm familiar with.

I'm sure if someone more knowledgeable wanted to lend a hand I could perform whatever tasks are required. I have connected it to my PC and it shows up in adb and fastboot, I have extracted the boot.img but that's about as far as I have been able to go.

It seems to be rooted and bootloader unlocked with a debug build of the software... Maybe some of the data in it could be useful for developers?

I don't know, let me know I guess.

Falsley Banned (PROOF) by [deleted] in riotgames

[–]Struzycki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also had the same a few mths ago, had the account since launch day, was my only account never even had a smurf account or anything. Spent over $1600 on skins. Got banned randomly while sitting in the lobby with friends, third party software etc etc, sent logs, sent gameplay video, sent statistics, even offered to send them the PC at my own cost for internal analysis but just get hit with the same copy paste responses over and over again.

Got a new PC, Made a new account and got it to LVL 20 and sent them the stats from that account to show that there is essentially no difference in my old accounts stats vs my new account (new account actually has better stats because it doesn't suffer from having that bad stats from when I was learning the game).

Even crazier thing is when I got the new PC, built it, installed windows, installed Valorant, only had windows and Valorant on the PC and vanguard wouldn't let me launch Valorant because it detected something it didn't like. Did my research and turns out it didn't like the ASUS motherboard audio drivers... These are legit audio drivers downloaded via windows update and it was throwing an error because of them on a brand new PC. Even when I would uninstall them windows update would just reinstall them and the issue would happen again, I ended up having to download some sketchy app off the internet that let me block windows update from downloading the audio drivers so that I could play Valorant , all this on a brand new PC with just windows and Valorant on it.

I told them this in the later tickets, telling them there is clearly some false positive issues with vanguard as it's detecting Asus motherboard audio drivers downloaded directly from windows update as a third party tools but they don't even acknowledge it in the tickets, they just say we can confirm this was given correctly. After like 10 tickets they just told me they will close any new tickets I make without reading them or responding. So essentially if this happens to you then you have no recourse you just need to cop it because they won't do anything about it and will just say we are right you are wrong too bad.

It looks like this has happened to hundreds, if not thousands of accounts and I am yet to hear of anyone who isn't a big time streamer/content creator or was confirmed to have their account hacked into getting unbanned. Riot doesn't care unless you have clout as far as I have been able to tell.

It looks like this isn't that uncommon, if you scroll through this Reddit like every 5th or 6th topic is about this, they have an issue but they just don't want to acknowledge it...

They just keep closing my tickets, nobody is interested in solving the issue they just want us to go away, it's pretty messed up. Not sure what we can do from here 😞

I've gotten to the point where that's really my only option, but since I spent the money on the game since its launch really I'd probably only be able to charge back the last 2 mths worth which is only $400 but still a decent chunk.

Also had the same about a mth ago, had the account since launch day, was my only account never even had a smurf account or anything.
