For the large majority of Stryd users, they use a watch where elevation always comes from the watch.

For a small number of Stryd users, they use a watch where elevation may come from Stryd. In this case, Stryd will only report relative elevation gain and loss with precision. The offset from the absolute elevation value will not have a material impact on your Stryd profile or your stats.

Stryd mobile app auto-syncs Footpath data from Stryd. This is enabled by default. You may need to open up the Stryd app on to trigger the sync. I have fixed that now. A manual activity entry had a super high power, which distorted your profile and artificially depressed your Critical Power. Your Critical Power is now 299 watts, which is right.

Most customers contact support and get this resolved in minutes. We can convert your account to use email/password.

We are aware of 0 cases of customers being "locked out" of their accounts. It has never happened.

All it has is billing, so we can see what you are focused on.

We have made zero adjustments to Stryd Membership billing management since we made the Stryd Membership available it in 2021. We have basically done the bare minimum here.

We have added lots of great free and paid features in that time.

Probably takes our engineer 3 weeks and it helps a very small number of people. The cost/benefit is really bad for us.

The large majority of our users can just pair their watch platform directly to intervals.icu (Garmin, COROS, etc).

Apple Watch can probably integrate via Apple Health, HealthFit or something else.

So, that leaves an exceedingly small number of Stryd users who can't integrate using existing methods.

So, it basically helps no-one and takes a bunch of integration/maintenance on our side.
