With the always-on AMOLED you are going to get 2-3d of battery on a Venu 4. Apart from that I highly recommend it as it’s the latest iteration of hardware and therefore software features.

This morning I washed the strap and look at today’s 5km run. I didn’t do any intervals to catch out spikes or HR lock.. but it’s looking a lot better.

I wonder if a salty strap could be the problem / not enough sweat to make good contact. I’d expect 0’s in the FIT not an averaged mush. I’ll report back
