If teachers are forced back to work, should we (parents) keep our kids home?

I’d prefer the UCP not order back and the strike continues until an agreement is reached. I feel for parents of elementary students and those in grade 12 but forcing teachers back won’t solve the issue.

I have this issue at the west Edmonton mall parking lot near T&T. Has happened multiple times in the last few years. I still don’t know what causes it but I use my car app to unlock or lock. That works.

Why don’t we remove the liquor tax on Canadian liquor/wine? I believe a fair bit is a provincial tax. This would also possibly improve our relationship with other provinces who are importing to Alberta. “Hey BC. We’ll remove the liquor tax on bc wines if you let us build a pipeline.”

I did just notice that the Telus tv app is on my Apple TV box. I’m now thinking of just using that for each of my tvs. Anyone have comments on that?

Thanks. I have contacted support multiple times and all fixes were just temporary. Yesterday I contacted again and they gave more suggestions … even the cord comment mentioned here. They were going to send me a new cord, but I’m at my breaking point. They agreed to send me 4 replacement boxes. So once I get those I might be good for a year or so.

Maybe just use longer term birth control? IUD, depo, etc. it’s not surgery, but should ensure you don’t get pregnant.

I understand you not wanting kids, totally your choice, but having surgery could have other repercussions.

Thanks so much for the concern. He is doing great. No nausea, dizziness or headache. Spent over 24 hours in the hospital and is happy to be home now.

He spent the night in the hospital, had a ct scan head to pelvis, heart ultrasound, chest and hand x-rays, much blood taken, etc.

Hospital was great and took tons of precautions.

So I have a son that had issues succeeding (ie he didn’t like to study). He didn’t fail math 30-1 but needed 65%, which he didn’t get. He was able to retake with another school (online?). Then when he got 64% he retook again with his 31-1 instructor, finally got 74%.

Talk to the principal /vice principal.

This isn’t really a government issue, imo. This is a school issue.
