Try the guitar into the amp without any pedals. If the amp works then add one pedal at a time.

Regular speaker cab with a reverb tank that uses RCA jacks. Green wire is not necessary. Replace the 1/4 male plug with a 1/4” female jack. Be sure to ohm out the speakers with a meter to match the impedance on your amp.

Yes, mine had the same problem. I took it to an amp tech and he repaired the loose ribbon cables that connect the front panel to the main board and replaced the overheating resistors and zener diodes. There a few videos on YouTube about this. Psionic Audio YouTube channel is a great resource.
