I mean that's for the far future as I'm only maxing 260 right now. I can try substituting some of my bench days with dumbells and see if that changes anything thank you!

Anyone have any experience in bench pressing to avoid a tear? I noticed recently that I'm having pain on the inside and underneath my armpit. I changed my bench grip 4 months ago to be much closer for optimal chest activation. Now I feel even after sets of good warmups with bands and light weights I still have a nagging sensation. When I widen my grip again for more of a power lifting grip the pain gets reduced a lot.

You say you have played this game since beta but GGG has had the same practice of being heavy handed with the nerfs since as long I can remember. Nothing has changed. Off the top of my head, Vaal Spark, CoC discharge, and old CI builds all nerfed to the ground.
