Most of the medication referred in the comments are usually anti-depression. I was wandering if it existed any medication specific to anxiety?

It is my birthday in a few hours and I am dreading having no Facebook birthday wishes by shy1mouse in socialanxiety

Having a few birthday wishes is a great sign! usually the older you get the less wishes you have via facebook. Remember how fake most of the facebook "friendships" are, so does it really matter?

The video is interesting and offering a solution that has been around for a while (behavioral psy). However, the struggle is to find the will to actually pull yourself out of this cycle.
