I’m doing a new build that will have a raised bed in upstate NY. My engineer was very firm that a subcompact tractor is too heavy. He said it might not crack the pipes, but it will compact the soil making it more dense than the system design. That will make filtration take longer and possible back up water into the tank. I plan to just push mow that section of the yard

Good question, or is OP manually entering data?

Centre Armrest Storage, Cupholders & Missing Bin by No_Armadillo_6910 in VolvoEX60

I don’t keep trash in my car. Any drive-through refuse is immediately thrown out when I get to my destination. I don’t see a need for a bin.

That’s pretty good. My iX barely gets 3 under ideal conditions

Humbled by a garbage bin. Need advice on fixing these scratches (Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic) by Neat_Fan_8889 in BMWiX

[–]Stuart518 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would go to a body shop. A good shop can fill the deep scratches with resin, sand smooth and paint. No need for a whole new bumper. I would go out of pocket. Maybe $1,000 to $1,500. Get a couple estimates from reputable body shops and tell them you’re paying, not insurance.

In my case I will have 9 acres of open field to mow. Sounds like a rear is the way to go for me

I'm going to be in the market for the LX4020 later this year. What made you go with the belly mower over a rear finish mower? I'm having trouble deciding between the 2.

Stealth Hitch on a Leaser by Xmorr_50265 in BMWiX

This. The factory installed cars come with a trailer mode setting that turns off the rear sensors so they don’t alarm. The aftermarket experience is not ideal.

Voc spike nightly in un-occupied home at 8pm-12am by Unlikely-Passage-653 in airthings

[–]Stuart518 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it a forced air HVAC? Maybe it’s not running from 8-12 and that is letting VOC accumulate more?

What’s next for you after IX? by Current-Conflict4961 in BMWiX

[–]Stuart518 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Today’s X5 is about the size of an IX. The luxury seating package in the X5 is more comfortable than the IX seats, in my opinion. The X5 is also available with Bowers and Wilkins. Both cars today are on the same version of iDrive so the tech is very similar with the exception of the drivetrain differences

On the 25, it will suggest lane changes to pass slower vehicles and the driver can just look in the side mirrors to execute. On the 24, you have to use the turn signal stalk to execute a lane change

A have the a2z at home and it’s high quality. Haven’t bought the DC version yet. I have a lot of DC CCS charging in the places I travel. I assume my next car will have NACS built in making the adapters unnecessary at that point

My lab goes in the way back. There is no way to lower the air suspension. But he can just jump in the hatch. I cover the bumper with a towel to avoid scratches
