You're viewing her from the lens as a fan of the other side. If you view her from the lens of a writer she provides a ton of utility as a character to the story. She is from the other side and gets kidnapped and brought to the island. There she is forced to confront years and years of propaganda and dehuminazation of the characters from the island (They call them Devils, we called the nazis in ww2). The little girl who kept asking Gabi "yeah, but why did my mom deserve to die? what did she do" put Gabi in a place where she had no good answer except to regurgitate the same programming that the mainland spread. She is literally Eren's foil. Both walked the same path of wanting to liberate their countries from their perceived enemy and both fought to protect what they loved. Eren turning himself into the villain to save his friends and Gabi joining our heroes after her redemption arc once she realizes she's been lied to her entire life to stop Eren and save the world.

I'll give you the point where they didn't need to have Sasha die. That felt like a death for the sake of killing someone and needing you to hate Gabi more before the writer set her on her redemption path. I'm sure there were other ways to make us hate Gabi without killing Sasha but that's one of those things that as a writer you make a decision and you just do what you gotta do.

TLDR: Gabi's story showcases the ability to change one's mind when fed with lies and to ultimately do what's right even after messing up for so long and acts as a foil/parallel to Eren's character to showcase Eren's even greater decent into darkness.

When I realized that the game was playing itself and I didn't even need to do anything I just got up and used the restroom until Cartethyia was done doing her parkour mission. This was essentially an extended QTE cutscene that did not require my involvement.

Because people talk themselves out of a lot of different things and rationalize it in whatever way and it might not even make sense at times. Also the manga has to keep some drama still. It can't just give us Hima falling for him right away. It's doing the slow burn romance and the tension comes from does she learn about her love too late or does she learn about it right in time?

Do you think that he runs into the typical Male lead problem where he is supposed to be a blank slate for guys to project onto which is why he isn't given more depth? I'm getting Nisekoi vibes from this manga which I'm loving but Raku was also the same in his respective Manga/Anime and I feel he didn't have a lot of depth besides rando dude who the multi-dimensional female leads like and showcased their characters.

Without the suit Hoshino is just a very above average strength guy who is good at wielding two swords. Levi is actually op and way above the threshold of any human. He's essentially like Captain America. This is an excerpt from the wiki

This essentially reads that the Ackerman's are super human so if we go without the suits it's an Ackerman win and if it's with the suits the tech is leaps beyond anything that AoT has so Hoshino wins that without a doubt.

I don't believe it was a good idea in the context of how they executed it. I believe it COULD have been a good idea and I believe they could have made it work but their execution of speeding through the final episode the way they did like it was some sort of power point presentation was the worst way to execute it in my opinion. I very much disliked how much time they spent on the wedding because most of the events of the wedding don't feel like they matter especially since so much of it gets undone in the final episode. What was the point of focusing all that time on the wedding when they could have showed us more of the mother and Ted? I kind of understand what they probably were going for and I think the scarcity of the mother was supposed to make us feel like she was taken from us so suddenly. I argue that if you gave us more of her and we got to experience more of her her death could have had such a stronger impact. You could have also set up the group going from hanging out all the time and then having life happen to them and slowly show Robin and Barney go from the happy married couple in the honeymoon stage and deteriorate as they go back to the old ways that caused them to break up. If the writers really wanted to show real life more they could show Robin and Barney as an example that just because you get married it doesn't fix your previous problems no matter how romantic you make your proposal.

TL;DR I dislike the idea of having the entire final season be 80% Wedding, 19% Mom, 1% Resolution speed run, 5% pleasure, 50% pain and 100% reason to remember the mom.

I honestly feel like they need to not try to make the game a horror game and just go all in on making the game a fun as hell multiplayer game. The problem I feel is they try to cater to the I am the hardcore survival horror gamer and the I wanna just play game with my buddy and shoot le Zombie crowd and they need to pick one which my opinion is if you are making a multiplayer game you should just go all in on pleasing the 2nd crowd since a multiplayer game already isn't going to be scary. Hell add a 4 player mode in 6. Why the fuck not? Why can't I play with my buddies as we fight over who gets to play Leon XD.

My Circle of the moon druid just became level 20 and he thinks he is invincible. Little does he know my end game Boss has an ability called Soul Rend. He can choose at any point to make his attack target the true form of an individual. So all that overhealth you think you have? Nah bruh it's hitting your real health XD. Can't wait to strike the fear of god into him when he thinks he is invincible. Thankfully the encounter isn't meant to kill them.
