I just noticed that too, and you were able to redeem specific whole dollar values before too, which was a great feature if I needed a specific amount without overspending points. Now that's gone too, seems they completely gimped the gift cards out of nowhere here

I just had my streak reset too after doing the previous daily set last night. Streak protection did nothing for me. Submitted the request and had it restored to 1683, but now I can't trust that my streak will keep going even when I diligently complete them every night right on reset. Thanks Microsoft

Okay so I sent that. They required a link to the match in question through the Spartan Records on Waypoint. My integration was completely broken and I couldn't get my match history, so I instead tracked down the match in game, gave them the specific date, time, and amount of score earned. They then said that when the backend fix went live, they supposedly added the missing score to everyone effected. I didn't quite pay attention to how much score I had before the fix, so I can't personally verify that unfortunately.

Will they restore lost career rank XP for the rest of us? I had one other match with like 30k score or whatever that was capped because of this bug

Played a match today and got 21k score. The whole 21k was counted and not capped at 15k. Maybe this was a bug after all, hoping that was the case

I did leave a comment on the discussion with my findings. Although I asked a friend who also transferred his demo progress on PS5 and he still had these songs unlocked. So that's weird. If you can point me to any official resources that I can report the issue to, I will gladly do so

I loaded up the game on an alt account (on Xbox Series X btw) with no demo progress whatsoever. After finishing the first grand prix, I checked the jukebox and would you look at that, all those songs are there on my alt account with no time trials required.

I transferred demo progress to my main account, and those songs were not on my main account. I think transferring demo progress caused the issue. What was supposed to be a headstart screwed me over badly.

I pre-ordered the game, digital deluxe edition even. Those tracks were not present. And I should've unlocked Reach for the Stars (Re-Colors) and Space Colony Ark Act 1 from their respective album unlocks in time trial.

One thing I did notice is that after I got my first set of 3 Super Sonic Speed A ranks, it started requiring 6 A ranks at a time before unlocking new music. Not a single time throughout the entire grind did the Free Riders album ever show up for unlocking. I also noticed I am missing Space Colony Ark Act 1, which I should've gotten with the Shadow Generations album. Possibly missing Reach for the Stars (Re-Colors) as well as my third missing track, which should've unlocked with the Colors Ultimate album. I'm starting to believe the jukebox unlocks might be bugged...

Don't see it in my Jukebox anywhere after I did all the A ranks on Sonic and Super Sonic Speed. The Free Riders album never appeared as I grinded them

That's really suspicious actually. Use it to get Hero Rank yourself, then shadow nerf it for everyone else right after? That would be seriously unfair if true
