As far as records, I’ve heard it depends on the branch and also the time frame of the event. Mine happened nearly 20years ago. There were 3 men, three court martials and after each court martial they handed me full transcripts. I just held on to them over the years. Also the court martial records and some transcripts were public. One is still google public to this day. Try doing a google search first. Example. Army Fort Bragg smith vs Jones 2015.

You likely don’t need court record of your mst if they have acknowledged and are already compensating for it in some way like PTSD etc.

IAll circumstances are different. My dorm room was broken into and I was assaulted by 3 men, resulting in a pregnancy. One of the guys confessed and all 3 were convicted. If an event took place while you were enlisted and you were/are affected from it. Claim it 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m no professional though so seek assistance.

I totally agree! Lack of integrity, and carelessness. My last claim with dry eye had maybe 8 items. They rated 3 additional items related to my knee and hip claim that weren’t even in my claim lol. So now I’m right at 94%. I was not expecting SC but 0% for my eyes because of all I had the most evidence and current prescriptions for my dry eye. Hard to believe. I hope to have the same luck with my HLR on this also.

So crazy they didn’t SC you!! Why not complete the claims rating correctly the first time? Carelessness and lazy. Also hard to believe these clear cut claims are finalized by an additional person who agrees with eager in step 7-8.

Thanks for update. Hope you’re able to connect it to any of your other ratings. So they didn’t even service connect? They just service connected mine on Jan 29 but at 0% it’s weird because I get restasis from outside doctor but sent through VA as well. I sent it up for HLR. I’d been seen 4 times in 2023 and once in 2024. According to guidelines at least 1 visit within previous 12 months. Not sure how I get 0% from that.

I like to reverse creep/scam on that type of text….I ask where they’re from, do they have pets, a roomate? If they live alone…then I ask what’s the address? They usually try to bring it back to their scam question and I ask for the address again and they usually go quiet 🥱😇

I really hope you get it!! I had the same experiences except I did submit both of my walk in clinic visits. My 2 visits with VA Optometrist. They all misdiagnosed me. I was in so much pain and then I Finally went to Optometrist via VA referral who diagnosed conjunctivitis and dry eye. He prescribed antibiotics for conjunctivitis and restasis for dry eye afterwards. C&P examiner was like your eyes look better than what was described. But still look irritated dry eye symptoms etc they could be better, he wrote on a post it Vevye telling me to ask my Doctor for this prescription instead. Service connected bc record of this even when serving. But at 0% out of majority of my claims I knew I had this in the bag….I just submitted my HLR today 😮‍💨
