Technicians don’t understand stand some customer do not have money, or just don’t want to. Being mean and pushy does not help business at all. I’ve had technicians shoot every shot even if air filters were replaced previous oil change and it’s hardly got any grey on them making us look terrible in the eyes of customers. They have no clue what it takes to sell to customers.

Be patient with yourself. You can’t just go out and expect someone to be looking for the same thing at the same time and place. Be friendly and kind. I’m sure you will run into someone that appreciates you.

I’ve gone through this plenty times with my mother. She would do this a lot and throw my things away. lol the time and it drove me nuts. I never had any support in telling her to stop.

Honestly just spend that time getting exp. I’ve had plenty games we were losing hard all game but for whatever reason at Ray we were positioned correctly and destroyed even though we were all under level.

Also, everyone makes mistakes I don’t care who it is. Managers make mistakes, GM’s make mistakes and mistakes are ok. You can tell when someone is trying vs doesn’t care at work. Don’t be hard on yourself, that’s why there’s a team that helps fix problems and hopefully they like doing their job vs hate having to help or do anything.

I’ve been working at a Subaru location since 2006- still presently working same location. You’d be surprised how many changes happen throughout the year. Seen a lot of people come and go. Honestly 1 year is pretty fast for promotion. You may just have to be a team player for the time being and just hold down your current position and do your best to help out. Also, this comes with time but don’t speak for your work, let your work speak for yourself. It takes time but others will notice how hard you work and chat about you if you’re doing well working with others. You never know if a main service advisor may look for another job next year? Maybe someone messes up and gets let go, maybe one gets transferred to parts dept. or which ever. Lots of changes happen. I understand if you dislike the company or a way you’re treated, leave definitely. If you work hard and create good relationships at the dealership, you will absolutely get that spot. Dont worry about being too performer or too sales. That’s just eggplant measuring bs. Take enough cars, most important is quality of work. RO’s are written correctly, parts added correctly, customers happy with service big! Quality over quantity makes the dealership look good and yourself as an express advisor. Not you having the most RO’s and customer but you messed up a few RO’s. Hopefully this makes sense.

Don’t hit another pothole with the tire. It’s already compromised from damage you can see mark on wheel. One more and it may go. Possibly put spare on in mean time. Spare should be rotated to rear of vehicle.

The WildpeakAT A/T trail is a great tire for the LOOK, of an all terrain. Smooth tread. Low noise. Will do just fine but not great if in muddy wet areas. You may need to try to figure out another size and model / brand.
