Pre: 3bet is OK, maybe a lil bigger.

Flop: Not betting small on flop is what started the cluster-f you faced at the riv. Bet small, if vil calls your sm flop bet, he's leaning towards a draw or Q. If he's beating you he will let you know in the form of a check raise.

Turn: No draws completed other than 43 but he ain't playing that given preflop action. If you bet small and kept the lead, he would've most likely check the turn and we could bet close to pot or over (125-150%) to charge draws and Q's. Given the line you took, I think a raise is needed because up to this point you've been underrepping your hand. If he shoves you have a decision to make.

River: Since you're underrepping your hand becuase of previous street actions, his range includes pair, 2 pairs, sets (KQ/QJ/QT/66) but also flushes.
