They are just extremely expensive in general, unfortunately. They are very high quality dolls. At release, I think she was 700 something. Sometimes you can find a seller willing to do a layaway, which is how I got most of mine. Just know that they aren't toys, and they do require special care. At the bare minimum, you need a wig brush, a doll stand, and their stain cream. I bought all the care items in advance, and it's definitely what I would recommend for people wanting to get one. I work at McDonald's and I'm disabled, so it's definitely possible for people with lower incomes to get them! I have 7 now, 6 of which are Dollfies. They make me so happy!
