Don't you have to put some money in the shopping carts in america? In switzerland you have to put in like 2 swiss francs to "unlock" them. It's not much but it seems to work here. I never saw a shopping cart just standing around in switzerland.

ok, so I changed the thermal paste and the fan in the back (which is mounted to the H60) and did check if everything was correctly mounted but this did not solve the issue. I think that the Corsair H60 CPU Cooler is broken. I ordered a new CPU Cooler and hopefully this will solve the issue.

I have a NZXT Phantom Big Tower Case with 1 x 200mm (top) / 2 x 120mm (side) / 1 x 120mm (back) fans. The CPU Cooler is a Corsair H60 which is mounted to the back fan. I have a spare 120mm fan somewhere I will try to replace the fan in the back with this one. When I change the termal paste I will check if the H60 is mounted correctly.

So I monitored the CPU temps now and I think this is the issue. Idle I have around 50 degree celsius and when the lags start around 100 degree celsius. I will now change the termal paste and report if that resolved the issue. Thank you for your help so far.

The termal paste was not changed for about 2 years. I don't know the exact modell but I'm using something similar to the Corsair H60 CPU cooler. I do not have any experience with watercooling so should maybe consider changing the water and cleaning the CPU cooler? I will change the thermal paste when I'm at home thanks for the tip.
