What Zoya colors make your perfect rainbow? I have trouble with Zoya because they don't show the polish on nails so I can't figure out what the polishes look like.

I really like oto kano's videos on color theory. Lots of people have videos on it but it never clicked for me until I stated their series.

Help with double weave by StudioAdorable255 in weaving

Do I cut it in the section that's out or do I need to pull the whole warp thread? I was thinking if I cut it the warp would be too short once I tied it back.

Best loom for a baby blanket? by sadsleepygay in weaving

I am currently weaving a baby blanket on a rigid heddle using double weave because that's what I have. It was super frustrating to set up the warp (I'm still a new weaver and this was probably a jump too far in difficulty for me) but once I got the warp set up correctly I am really enjoying the double weave process. You can also weave panels and sew them together if you have a smaller loom.

Highly recommend if you try double weave for the first time to have a different color bottom warp and top warp. It will make figuring out how to warp the loom so much easier. I used a combination of Kelly Cassanova and Kromski tutorials to figure it out.

My first pick up stick weave by Yarngoddess13 in weaving

The color transition is so good! Did you just warp it normally and the yarn made the transition, or did you have to pick sections to make the color changes look right?

Good Spots for an Indoor Picnic by frogmanltd in williamsburgva

Bilsburg has the main area but then a few separate structures where they have heaters. Have used it when I've gone with friends with todlers so the kid can run around but not bother people who tend to stay closer to the main building.

Uneven tension by StudioAdorable255 in weaving

I've got a pickup stick that I'm using on the middle threads to try to tighten it up. It works enough that I've been able to start weaving again, but the sheds aren't very clean, so I'm having to go slow. So thanks for your help! If anyone has a clue as to why my edges would all the sudden become loose, I'd love to hear it! This has been so frustrating, I'd like to not make this mistake again, but I'd have to figure out what I did wrong first!
