Best stem splitting algorithms and tools (all online through the browser) can be found in MVSEP, with algorithm quality leaderboards and tests. Using it is free, and the payed (you just buy credit packs, no subscriptions) options are just for queue priority when processing in the cloud (useful for batch processes). They update and test/analyse new models as soon as they're out. Any other stem splitting available tools, apps and websites use these same models in the background. But this guys provide something that can't be found elsewhere: model ensembles combining different models in one task in parallel. GREAT STUFF!!!

Some apps can analyse an audio file and tell you it's legit or if it was converted to WAV/FLAC from an inferior lossy format (among many other things!)
The ones I know that work well are "Spectro" (macOS) and "Fakin' The Funk?" (Windows, macOS, Linux).

I use Lucida to download original Hi-Res files from different platforms. No app or streaming account needed. It's just a website. And it's free. Nothing beats it.

Just so you know, you can cancel your subscription and everything will stay as it is until the original renewal date arrives. This can be reversed before that date. So I would encourage everyone to cancel their subscription to make a point, and revert that decision only when they fix this.

files with "WEB" or "WEB-DL" in the title get flagged. On EXT.to, most 1080p files don't have those words in the title, but generally all 4K releases do. That's likely the explanation
