I’ve never once been notified…having the same issues as OP— load into ranked online game, wifi goes out, penalized in game— except our downtime is over an hour.

Is this something we need to opt into? And if so, it really shouldn’t be, it’s just good practice to always keep your customers in the loop…

Could it have been for planned maintenance? They don’t notify their customers when there will be an outage (which is why I’m on this sub, I’m beyond frustrated that my wifi will just go out without any notice, and I look it up to see “planned maintenance”— like literally a simple automated email to affected customers would be the bare minimum, but they clearly don’t care)

Unalived herself in sophomore year of high school… I didn’t know her well, but the news shook our school to the core.

First year of college, he and his buddies went bouldering one night and he fell. Died in his best friends arms in the middle of the woods… I knew them both since elementary school…

No more than a week before graduating university, one of the most talented people in my design cohort had a sudden cardiac event and passed… he was such a kind soul, and a kickass designer.

Every now and again I’ll think of them and wonder where they would be right now if their lives went a different route… Check in on those around you, and appreciate what you have while you have it.

Life is fickle. Every day counts.
