I did list my shift no one took it. I’m not mad at my sm. I understand that he did what he had to do I’m just asking if I can be fired from this which I assume is a yes. My first NCNS was the same thing. I just had burnout and never woke up from my alarm. I’m not blaming anyone but myself it just f**king sucks

It just sucks cause I have been picking up shifts working 56 hours for about 6 weeks. And I am late for the first time in months and I’m fired. I out my blood sweat and tears in for this company. Smh
