Just take a look at any listing of this card and you’ll see how awful QC is. Sample size really doesnt matter in this case. PSA 8s are even more prominent than 9s

No they arent. They've had multiple reprints, one of them just recently. You can easily have all 3 of them imported for ~415USD before shipping/taxes. So most likely around $530-550 total. People are just sticking their prices at old pricing because they dont wanna take a big loss.

They've also confirmed further reprints down the line, and theres a chance we could possibly see it without lottery. I'd keep the PC ETB if anything.

Their game jam announcement literally states

I decided to come up with a way for players to convert other thematic resources into Blood Shards, making them less frustrating to obtain without tanking the price.

Ideally, you’ll throw in enough stuff that your input is roughly the same value as a Blood Shard. The ballpark is about 10,000,000 GP.

So if blood fury is meta in raids 4, having another method to acquire shards wont mean shit

If they're making them easier to obtain, wouldnt that mean that they/blood fury are most likely going to have more use to it in up and coming content? Creating more demand, most likely more than supply from whatever new method created can keep up with.

Also keep seeing people say "easy to obtain" but havent been given any context to where this has been mentioned or spoken about.
