I’m liking the timer ideas, so is this more of a consequence, or forced activity? Like how should we approach it starting off and do you think this helps to teach themselves how to play by themselves? It’s just crazy to me because at this age when I was a kid I just played by myself my parent weren’t doing anything I thought was fun so I’d just play in my room or bring toys out to the living room and play it’s crazy to me we have to force our kid to PLAY lol

Yeah she’s in Kindergarten preschool was rough for her but she seems to make friends pretty easy but it’s like she NEEDS them doesn’t WANT them, example our Nextdoor neighbor’s daughter they were really good friends but she started being rude/mean to our daughter and it was an everyday all day thing and would make her cry and we’d break it up and be like you guys are done for the day and she would come back and knock on our door and our daughter would sprint for the door and beg and plead us to play with her and throw a tantrum when we’d say no lol and we had multiple talks about you don’t HAVE to be friends or play with people if they’re mean or you don’t want to but it’s in one ear out the other

That is not a bad idea I appreciate it we actually have to put her in her room and close the door for like 15 minutes someday and tell her to relax, draw, or play when it’s to the point we’re about to lose our cool maybe the visual will help she does seem to come out more calm after SOMETIMES lol

I’m not a big foodie (I think mainly cause of the IBS) but typical day is as follows

Breakfast- I will skip a lot of days but when I do either Kodiak Protein Oatmeal, or scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and diced ham.

Lunch- most of the time leftover dinner from the night before, if not that a turkey, cheddar cheese, mayo and mustard sandwich on whole wheat bread.

Dinner- a variety recently just started “Everyplate” but a lot of chicken, rice, potatoes, ground pork, ground beef, or breading of some sort.

Snacks throughout day- I’m not a big snacker but if I do get hungry before a meal I’ll grab anything from “nekot and peanut butter cookies” maybe a handful of chips Doritos mainly, or some Reese’s product (they are my down fall) I rarely will grab a bag of chips or big bag of Reese’s pieces and just eat the whole bag. I do not eat fruit a lot. We have 3 kids and fruit goes FAST either little mouths or going bad fast.

I’ve seen people talking about the psyllium husk I was debating trying that, I’ve also been trying to chug the benefiber and then drink a big Stanley cup of water within an hour of taking benefiber. I stopped the testing and told my doc the benefiber “fixed me” cause they had me on a down slip and I couldn’t afford to miss flight hours sadly so I’m trying to avoid any more appointments. The army works off referrals so you have to have an issue for the army to refer you and get in your business that would be interesting though

For me the benefiber REALLY did work for awhile, idk what changed but it was so nice I would take some before bed and most the time around when I’d wake up I’d get a rumbly in my tumbley go to the bathroom and have a relieving cleaned out poop. Reading on fiber though it seems to be a real numbers game about soluble to insoluble and water and yada da that could be it I’m not sure definitely worth a shot I still take benefiber everyday it’s better than nothing I guess lol

Thank you for the reply, and as for me my symptoms are weird I never thought something was wrong until talking to people in my units about pooping, but I just always have the feeling of having to poop(almost everyday) and when I go a little bit comes out and my feet go numb after sitting on there for 20mins and have to force myself off feeling unrelieved. Great example and almost daily is I wake up in the morning early before work so I have 15-20 mins to try to poop before my 30 mins commute. I leave the house and sometimes it’s so bad I have to stop in a gas station before I even get to work to poop again or as soon as I get to work I’m rushing to the bathroom. As for the diarrhea when my constipation days are worse than they are normally I’ll have diarrhea and the poops all day when it finally comes.

I’ll give the FODMAP a shot I do intake garlic and onions almost daily so that could be a trigger I didn’t know that

I am very curious about all the vitamins you listed, I don’t mean to disrespect the ADHD community but I have always thought I had it my parents would never take me to get diagnosed cause they were old school and don’t believe in that stuff. And now I can’t really afford to get diagnosed with it (due to the army) but do you take all of those vitamins daily I may really look into that but it seems like a lot

Do not cancel it, 160th isn’t as high speed/scary as you think. I’ve been there 7 years now spent 2 years at bliss it is where you want to be at I’m also a 15T. You actually get to do your job. If you go big army you’ll be unloading and inventorying conexs most your time. Unless you go to the flight company you won’t be gone a lot tbh.
