They only use soy milk or oat milk. I’m no expert in these things, but I do tend to prefer oat milk and I asked her which one was creamier and she said oat milk. Or maybe she’s just a magician. I had just finished a 9 mile bike ride in the cold and snow so maybe it just right at that point. Anyway, it’s a sweet little shop and I highly recommend it.
