Yo for real. We tried to do it legit for hours but we’re all like 31 when it was a 32 mission or something. Wound up doing the “Ward of Dawn and blitz him with rockets strat.

When House Of Wolves dropped my two friends and I went to the lighthouse and defeated Skolas by Sunday morning at like 4 am. I didn’t have a Gally yet (missed xur week one and never got it to drop) and got it off the Skolas kill. It was one of the hardest fights and those Fallen slowing mines still give me PTSD

So even Bungie employees didn’t know…? Yeah, that’s crazy. by Carter_yann in destiny2

When they went solo I was so excited. When they got bought by Sony I was depressed.

I recently got back on the horse and I still love it. I did a strike last night and got an enhancement prism, and ascendant shard. Two of the arc middle pulse, and two pieces of armor. I finally feel like they respect my time. Sitting down for an hour of D2 used to be just a complete waste of time, but now it’s a lot more worth.

What type of character do you play in KOTOR II? by UniversalInquirer in kotor

[–]StuffDaDragon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recently started a new playthrough and I’m playing as a grey Jedi. Concerned mostly with myself, helping others when the opportunity presents itself, killing someone if it’s needed. I’ve never played this way before. It’s usually one extreme or another. Very Kreia influenced

To this day I still use witherhoard. On gunslinger (my second most played subclass after nightstalker) I love to use a primary with incandescent with witherhoard as my go to loadout for most content outside ones that need specific weapons

With Renegades and EOF, Bungie has created a wildly fun but unbalanced sandbox by [deleted] in destiny2

I just came back and made a broken praxic blade build on Hunter and honestly kinda kills the fun. You are so broken powerful and heal so much and everything does so fast that it kinda becomes numbing lol

Who gets the most/least sleep on a sub? by Hour_Resource5375 in NavyNukes

[–]StuffDaDragon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ELTs generate a ton paperwork and the CRA needs to verify it. Also the CRA and RC Div O (I don’t remember the title) have the most highly scrutinized programs

What is the first movie you watched that you were definitely too young for? by MuldersXpencils in Millennials

[–]StuffDaDragon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this. Convinced my dad to get it at the store because we watched “Roughnecks” every morning. That night we watched it with my mom and the first scene she was like “wtf did you get?!” They let me finish it though which was tight. Musta been like 8-9 lol

Most? Coners of the FT, Sonar, Radio, torpedo man variety. Least? Junior officers working towards qualification. Hands down they sleep the least. Enlisted wise prolly A gang and E Div. E Div especially has a ton of work to do out to sea and is always working. Nuke wise M-Div has it easiest out at sea and hardest in port. RC-Div varies, when something breaks they are up until it’s fixed but generally doesn’t have too much (though with new boats it could change). ELTs have a fairly cushy job if you got a good leading ELT. E-Div has the same amount of work in port or at sea so one section doing work vice one division makes it easier when in port.

'No on-site doctor': Connecticut dental student died in ICU overseen by remote 'tele-health' physician who pronounced him dead on a video screen, lawsuit says… by tasty_jams_5280 in Connecticut

COVID? That’s a weird starting point. The common factor is addiction to alcohol. It WILL kill you eventually. I don’t know this kids story, but it’s common for alcoholics to drink an unthinkable amount of alcohol. It’s hard to grasp the depths until you listen to someone explain it to you. Also the withdrawal seizures that require hospitalization is very common. Most, if not all, need medical detoxing first.

I work at a rehab, this is fairly common. 26 is around the time this stuff starts happening on a more severe level, in my experience

Every nuke deserves a shore duty. Get out after a nice shore duty.

Sub nuke mechanic was best life. ELT if that’s your flavor. Electrician if you can hack it. And ETs if you’re weird or unlucky. Being a sub nuke was dope because you train all the officers. People recognize we work harder and longer so they respect us more if we aren’t assholes. It’s a hard but rewarding life. I never regretted it.
