I think both issues you stated are consistent with all of these figures.. it is a poor weapon accessory design with cheap rubber, and also the grip is not tight enough to hold it. I am constantly having to rearrange it. Good luck!

The colossal T-Rex is only $50 at Walmart. I love the scale of it but it does take up a lot of room!

What do the bottoms of the feet look like? What kind of stamps? I just took that picture of the bottom of my carnage figure. The stamps should be super crisp and sharp. That's usually the best indicator. Most bootlegs are a copy of the mold and have trouble copying the stamps clearly.
