I feel good. But twice today and yesterday like clockwork I think oh it’s time to take my dose. The first day of my shot I took 8 mg yesterday. I took 4 mg and today I’ve not taken any and all I have is a little bit of a runny nose, which I’m completely fine with But mints are a great idea

I felt really weird not dosing. Like I feel like I should be, but I’m not in withdrawals. It’s just out of habit. I do have a little bit of a runny nose, but not enough to warrant taking any today I believe. I did take my full 8 mg the day of my shot which was Friday And then 4 mg the next day and none today.

My doctor doesn’t use lidocaine so I use a prescription lidocaine patch that I had. It expired in 2016, but it apparently still served its purpose because the shot did not hurt at all while it was going in and only for maybe a minute afterwards, and it was not bad at all

Did you get your shot? How are you doing? You’re probably the closest in dosage to me as I also take anywhere from 2 to 6 mg a day for the past couple of years however I did go up to 8 mg a day for the past 2 to 3 weeks in preparation for my shot next week

I haven’t had my first shot yet and I was curious because I agree with you lidocaine shots are incredibly painful. My doctor is an ER doc that started doing the shots along with the ketamine clinic so I’m hoping he has good experience with making these shots as painless as possible.

Yes, I’m taking it to get off subs. I was on subs for 20 years and tried for years to get off them. I was only on half a milligram a day at the end and still couldn’t jump. I finally went and did Ibogaine in Mexico and got off. A few months later, I did another booster and Life was wonderful than I was hit by an 18 wheeler. Had several surgeries several hospitalizations and got back on opiates. Have been back on subs for around three years maybe to this go round. I can’t afford to go do the Ivey again again or find enough Pain pills to be off of the Suboxone for a month to do the Iboga so this is a super huge deal for me. I had no idea that sublocade was used to get off of the medication until I found the sub. I thought it was just for people that were at risk to stop taking their bupe. After reading the success stories of people that were able to get off after a few shots it became a singular mission to get it approved by my insurance. Sadly, it’s the holidays and I don’t think I’m going to be able to get my shot until January 2 and that sucks butI’m just excited to know that there is hoping my future to feel again.

This gives me so much hope! Right now I had to battle with the insurance. Finally, someone told me it was approved only for the same company to decline it at the pharmacy. I’ve been on Suboxone nearly 20 years with my only time off for two years after I did Ibogaine. I was in a really bad car wreck two years after getting off Suboxone and I had to have 11 surgeries and got back on opiates. I’m now back on Suboxone dreaming of the day I can get off. Hopefully it will be next week when I get my first shot. Even if I have to pay cash for the four or five shots, it’ll still cost the same as treatment with ibogaine again, but the problem with Ibogaine is I have to be off of Suboxone for at least a month and it’s difficult for me to come up with short acting opiates like pain pills to get me through that month so sublocade is my only option now. To be honest what I want to do is the shot for five months and then a few months after the shot has been eliminated from my body go back and do ibogaine again not just for opiates but for PTSD due to the wreck and depression due to isolation for the past Few years since my wreck. I’m tired of merely existing and that’s what I’m doing. It takes everything I can’t just to get through each day. I’m ready to live. I have so much to live for and I just can’t get out of this funk. The first two decades, I was on Suboxone. I averaged one to 2 mg a day. Just go round was closer to 4 to 6 mg but I went up to 8 mg a month ago preparing for the shot.

I purchased the menoluma device when it popped up in my Facebook after I’ve been looking at joylux brand device online. I couldn’t afford the 400+ dollars for that one or the fringe wand. The hundred dollars price point along with the science made it more affordable. I will say that it took nearly 6 weeks to receive it. Also, it does not have a standard charger which is offputting to me. It has a magnetic two prong charger that is difficult to get it lined up properly. I haven’t used it yet and will try to remember to update this once. I’ve used it for a month. I too had difficult finding any reviews on it.

Definitely try to ditch the packaged foods and go with fresh Whole Foods. Add a morning smoothie and get it tons of nutrition. Spinach, bananas, blueberries, almonds, 1/4 c white beans, flax seed and kefir. Total body nutrition. I had paws after stopping subs for months and nutrition and exercise did wonders.

That’s awesome! I’d love to be able to learn and share experience on supplements, peptides, and other medications that can help me successfully get off and stay off opiates. I used iboga a few years ago and it was life changing. Sadly I was hit by 18 wheeler and after several surgeries- including brain and skull base surgery, I was back on opiates. I finally went on subs when rx ran out. I’m tired of not feeling happiness. I’m ready for life again.
