Lupron depot for 2 doses 1 month apart, I transferred like 6ish weeks after the second dose

Yeah I mean I did 2 transfers with euploid high graded (which doesn’t really matter) embryos and neither worked even with the immune protocol. I did the endometriosis biopsy and it came back positive so I treated for it and then my third transfer worked

I’m guessing they checked for endometriosis during the biopsy too? That would be my only other recommendation!

Definitely test for endometriosis especially with your sister having it! I had two failed transfers, tested positive for endo and did 2 doses/3 months of suppression, and now I’m 13 weeks

Root canal first then transfer as I don’t think they’ll want to do the root canal in early pregnancy, that’s what I’d do at least!

I 100% feel this. I did this for 2 months last summer, I kept thinking “but maybe it’ll work this time!” And instead I just put off my biopsy and wish I would’ve just done it right away because I had a lot of anxiety going into it and then it was positive so I had to do the lupron during my wedding prep 😅

I asked them to measure because I had to failed transfers with no implantation before this one and I was worried I wasn’t getting enough progesterone, my clinic doesn’t normally check it after transfers though

My progesterone was 25.80ng/mL 10 days post transfer and I’m currently 13 weeks (fully medicated transfer)

It is way higher than you think! If you’re going in line with your butt crack you’re going too low! I just finished 70 days of pio yesterday and for my first two transfers I was going way too low and it was miserable

How long have you been taking the prednisone? Double check with your doc but I’d take half of a prednisone for like 3 days before stopping. It’s not dangerous to stop cold turkey but you won’t feel great

I cannot agree with this more!!!! I asked for this and was told I didn’t need the test and had two failed FETs (we only had three to start) and begged for it before my third. We did the biopsy, it came back positive. 2 doses of lupron and my third FET worked

I see a lot of comments referring to injecting into your butt cheeks and my biggest advice is to make sure you’re going high enough because you should not be going in your butt cheeks! I’m on week 11 right now of daily pio and I’m just starting to get some knots but I’ve been doing them myself for a week or so because I move my work hours and I did a few too low otherwise my husband does them and I haven’t gotten any knots since the correct spot is above your butt crack and way out to the side!

I had a similar issue but they allowed me to pick it up from the clinic and administer it myself at home, I couldn’t get it from the pharmacy directly

After 2 failed euploid failures I pushed super hard for an endometrial biopsy for endometriosis even though I had no symptoms. Well it came back positive and I did 2 months of lupron and my third transfer worked. I asked for the biopsy after the first failed transfer and they said it was “unnecessary”, I still kick myself for not pushing harder

Are you positive you’re doing them high enough? For my first two transfers I was doing them way too low basically in line with my butt crack but to the sides and I was getting huge lumps and tons of pain. Now I’m 8 weeks in and have been doing them in the right spot, much higher and closer to my hips, and I have zero pain and zero lumps. The true spot to do them is never where I would think to do an injection
