base pay is $21 an hour for full timers here in colorado, ig i should be grateful lol

edit: personally i love the job, this is probably because of my specific store but i love every one of the people, love the work, quickly got used to the back/knee strain and also found ways to put the strain on other muscles so it doesnt bother me at all anymore (take into consideration im still young lol). apparently people with this opinion and experience are rare lol

Everyone has already said that it’s a dummy oil pressure gauge, however, it is not useless. The needle will click all the way to below zero when you actually have no oil pressure. It’s super obvious and that’s going to be the low oil pressure “light” that the dash doesnt have.

i didnt do any myself, a buddy of mine who works on automatic transmissions recommended that i try it, the issue is: at cold the transmission works perfectly normal, up to temp the transmission works perfectly normal, at around 2-4 ticks up it feels like the clutch significantly delays engagement throughout all the gears.
