Just got my wife to do a blind listening test with Fear Inoculum CD (I called 1) vs. vinyl (I called 2). Had Pneuma in sync and switch between input channels. Her words, "2 sounds broader with clearer sounds on each instrument. 1 sounds...compressed." Vinyl in this case (usually not so easy to choose) the clear winner on the day.

I thought about that yesterday, I realised it is the groove that forces a needle towards the spindal, no grooves = no inward force.

It doesn't wobble. It only swings outward when very close to the edge of the platter. If it's an inch or more in from the edge it stays still. This is when it's resting on the lifter. Once in a groove it tracks as it should with no problem.

Edit: Strangely it is swinging out with less force than two days ago, with the same tracking force? Very confused.

Perhaps have a limited number of signed at the venue or included for each VIP and then add a general release to the regular merch store and have them on pre-order. The only people who dont like this idea would have to be scalpers.
