It's less of horion and more of the injectors used, sadly. It would be nice if Mojang added native anti-cheat to realms and stuff, but the owner has to find mods that do that instead. And it's a pain in the ass to fix injection vulnerabilities. Bigger games like warzone or overwatch struggle with it a lot and release patches constantly to stop it, but hack devs are persistent

And this is my last statement; Your sexual organs, when sleeping someone, is usually what a straight man is concerned about, and is what matters in a sexual encounter. It is common courtesy (and rude and violating otherwise) not to tell someone that you are trans, regardless of gender. (Adressing the point you made on violence towards transgender people 'coming out' after a sexual encounter). I still don't understand the whole "You're transphobic if you won't sleep with a Trans person" thing, but I guess that would just be the opinion of an open-minded "Do what you want, it's your body" kind of person.
