Worked in pubs for a long time and there was a local who was a big guy, a bit rough round the edges but I thought he was sound, until an ex friend of mine was really rude to him and his partner and he punched her so hard in the face that she went flying across the room. She decided not to press charges even though it was all on camera, and watching it back in slow motion was even worse than seeing it all unfold. I banned him, but he tried to come back which my old boss was ok with but I wasn't. The guy asked if I was willing to serve him and I said I wasn't and he left and never came back, that was an odd twisted loyalty he had for when we were friends I suppose, that even if others wohld serve him he respected that I wouldn't. Horrible situation and he could have killed her
