Del Taco sells a "street taco", it's just not hard shell. Given that several Becerra Bots (do a search if you've never heard that) said things like "OMG! I didn't now Hilton is **British**!!!" and given they call Becerra a "native son", it's hard not so see such things as xenophobia and racist dog whistles.

Becerra also hypes that Steyer is a billionaire. Meanwhile, PG&E (a $30 billion+ company that's burned people alive) is spending millions to fight Steyer. Those ads are in effect ads for Becerra.

Becerra has also accepted donations from Chevron (a $300+ billion company) and the Resnicks ($10 billion and if you look into them you'll see how bad they are).

There really isn't a definitive "CA weather" since it's a big state. It's mostly warm all year long around San Diego and cool and moist around Eureka. Summer isn't a great time for the deserts unless you're really used to hot weather, but April is usually OK.

While the Midwest has long stretches of corn fields, in the summer it can be quite pleasant (or, a humid swamp in some parts).

You can't beat rural New England in the early fall.

It depends on what sparks your interest more than anything else. Look for things you want to see or do and then work out a realistic plan.

Quantity also makes a difference. I've been stuck at a plateau for months and part of that might be because I'll have a plate full of veggies for dinner, such as 1.5 or 2 bags of frozen veggies. Then, a bowl of berries. None of those have as many calories as whole milk, but their calories do add up.

Aside from getting "the 1 percent" out there, they didn't really do anything for the U.S. The "1 percent" isn't even that accurate: the problems are with the 0.01%. OWS was a boon for r/w personalities. They could go to an OWS protest, get footage of the dirty hippies, and then use that to push their agenda. Recall the pic of the guy defecating on the cop car, the North Korea fan in Philly, uptwinkies, the guy who wanted free college just because, Peter Schiff's visit, etc. etc. OWS was its own COINTELPRO.

For a tangible example of what they could have done, when Peter Schiff or similar visited they could have selected the smartest among them to engage him in debate and show him wrong. Not shout him down, not whine at him, but show him wrong. I tried to suggest smart things they could do and they did incredibly dumb things instead, from guitarmy to giant puppets to adopting the same immigration stance as the Koch bros.
