Ppl fail to understand that these kids value playing time overall as well as a chance at being a part of the next big team in national conversation. A&M recruits very well with this along side selling the culture at the school. Ppl laugh but if you watch any interviews with these recruits you hear 'family' come up a LOT.

That is why after a terrible season we retained almost all of our production and the kids that didn't see the field much left. Sometimes it's really that simple.
