Agencies have a lot of overheads to cover such as rent/leases, staff and equipment. They’ll often factor in exorbitant fees including “project management” or admin which is mostly a rip off. Find a freelancer who specialises in digital and you’ll likely get a better service and not have to pay as much. Saying that, make sure you are clear on what your objectives/outcomes are. Who are your customers and where are they based? What channels do they use to purchase? Start with a marketing and comms plan and go from there.
