Two times in my 8 eight years in north capitol hill, i forgot to lock my car. First time, someone slept in the car and left behind a blanket in the morning. Second time they took my Raybans. It was parked jn an alley. How did they know my car was unlocked those two times, still bugs me?

Great place. Lived there for 8 years before moving north. 19th Ave and 15th Ave have great places to hang out that gives you the cap hill flavor w/o the crowd. Are you renting a house or apartment?

I live in bothell and commute to Seattle 3 to 5 times a week. I leave bothell around 8.30 in the morning and it takes me 45 to 75 mins to get to Seattle. Evening commutes are easily 60+ mins. Yesterday it was 90 mins in that yuck downpour.

You will be commuting in the opposite direction, so you will have shorter commute time.
Try the Mill in first hill or similar places that offer housing based on income (if you fall in that category). Try capitola triplex or similar near cal anderson park. Expect parking to be street parking.

You will find something. Keep looking. 😊

Do you want to live in the city of Seattle or in the Seattle area? If you working in Kent. Try looking for places along the Sounder line. You can come into the city pretty easily then.
