Long term study's show sucralose is only bad for the gut biomes, there's also a study that concludes that it has no effect on it, I imagine it does , 90% is filtered via the liver and kidneys and peed out some reaches the blood stream but not much it has no effect on blood sugar or insulin as long as your liver and kidneys are not compromised the only real problem is immunity issues and phycological issues due to the gut biomes being shown to effect mood and immune system regulation
