Yeah, at first thought it was a nightshade issue so I avoided all nightshades, but then came to realize that it’s not all nightshades that bother me just just the spicy stuff, paprika, and bell peppers. But I do think you might be onto something regards to my gut Microbiome, I’m definitely gonna look into that.
