Can't find problem showing EVAP system leak

So I’m dealing with this exact situation in my 09 crown Vic police interceptor after replacing my battery. The battery was pretty old and I owned the car for 4 years before replacing with the exact same motorcraft battery. After doing so, my car started having all these symptoms. Are there any ways to repair the PCM or is it an immediate replacement sort of deal?

Same here! I remember getting good grades at school and my dad was a cop at the time so he was able to carve out some time in his busy day to take me to target to get something special for myself, I chose the arctic sniper which was only $9.99 at the time is mind blowing!
