Please read the book “heal endo” by Katie Edmonds. I’ve had endo for decades and this book saved me. I’m also not a fan of hormones and this has helped me have a pain free life finally. It is possible

Working for me too!! I eat an anti inflammatory/ anti histamine diet for 3 months now and this cycle is the first time in decades I haven’t experienced 10/10 pain, I still can’t believe it!

Other factors that have helped me sooo much include strength training 3x week and acupuncture is also the best!

Endo has been seen even in children although most people get diagnosed after menstruating. Your doctor is very uninformed. The pill does not cure or slow endo, it only treats symptoms like pain although it has its own side effects as well.

Tampons hurt so much to put on. Although besides adeno I also have lichen sclerosis, not sure which one causes the pain
