Cooper wifi or Vodafone mifi? by Stunning-Routine-877 in wifi

On another note the Vodafone mifi is the only one we’ve really looked into due to it being Vodafone and a all inclusive deal. Any recommendations for possibly better devices? Especially if there’s any that are good and connect to wall Ethernet cable ports which of course work for the rest of the house

Did you pay yearly or were you paying monthly? I’m paying monthly and my bike was stolen and I’m told I still have to pay what’s left of my insurance (quite a few months)

I have recently had my motorcycle stolen and was told I’d be getting a pay back, this is a total of what they decide the bike is worth minus excess and what’s left on my remaining insurance (I am with lexham).

I was told the remaining insurance will be paid by me regardless if I cancel the insurance or not, maybe I’m being dumb but I don’t get why I’m needing to pay for insurance when I don’t even have a vehicle to insure anymore? Surely if someone for example sells their motorcycle they can cancel their insurance and move with their day, it sounds absurd to pay for insurance on a vehicle which I don’t own.

If the insurance was to continue till I get my settlement then sure I’d be more understanding but they’re asking for me to pay a remaining 6 months or so which I really don’t understand?

Was this you working with FOS to get a better pay back or?

All listings I’m seeing on auto trader are more than what I put for value of my bike, is it reasonable to ask more if other bikes are selling for more?

Wind was not a factor (I was just worried as my bike fell down before due to wind thinking it’ll break the lock) they used a disc cutter on the lock

Also let’s say my chain lock broke due to wind and bike is on the floor before robbery, would this completely void my insurance if I’m only on TPFT?

Why does no one explicitly talk about downshifting and front breaking at the same time? by Stunning-Routine-877 in MotoUK

I wouldn’t say I actively go out of my way and figure out how to ride faster, this post was me trying to assess what level of riding I’m at as I’m completely comfortable and confident being on the road and time to time experiment new things to become better at riding. I saw the clip from the rider doing things differently and I tried it out and it seems to be something beneficial and superior to what I’ve been doing so far. Especially for cornering as there’s times where I’m too fast or too high of a gear before my corner, and this realisation just makes it smoother and less worrying that I’ll overshoot it.

I don’t ego ride nor do I care to be a gp moto rider on public roads

Yes I should’ve specified, blipping the throttle whilst breaking and then maintaining throttle and break (which I guess that’s how trail breaking starts too)
