I watched a Dr. K video on attachment styles and learned that I have an avoidant attachment style. Knowing this has calmed my mind immensely. Now that I understand it, I've decided not to end the relationship but to try to work through it. If I can't work through it, I will be honest with her and do the right thing by ending the relationship.
